On 6th of September 8, 2020, Linbay shipped highway guardrail post and spacer block roll forming machine to Saudi Arabia. In Saudi Arabia the guradrail post and spacer block are in same profile, but different length with different hole punch. The guardrail post and spacer block are in 5mm. In this machine we make two cutting systems: one is controlled by normal encoder, other is controlled by photoelectric sensor, the new version of cutting system could reduce steel wastage for our customer, it’s a small change but it can reduce production cost. Linbay stands in the customer’s point of view for customers to improve efficiency and cost savings.
