LINBAY MACHINERY shipped our upright rack roll forming machine to Chile on December 26, 2021. This production line produces the vertical column of 2-3mm thickness. We use hydraulic punch station to make the perforations because we can guarantee that our customers will use our equipment as soon as they receive it. Although the presses produce faster, the price of the presses has increased by 30% after the epidemic, and the success rate of customers using the presses alone is low when engineers could not go to the customer's factory to help with the commissioning. Therefore, we recommend using hydraulic punch station to put the line into use immediately and start production as soon as possible and reducing equipment costs.
